Founded in September 2007, Mismi's management team and board members have decades of experience in crossing, optimization-based portfolio construction, and portfolio trading. The company is fully funded by venture capital firms with substantial experience in financial services. Mismi's initial offering-a unique call-market crossing solution-is scheduled for launch in the first quarter of 2009.
Mismi is a spin-off of Axioma, Inc., a leading developer of risk analysis, portfolio rebalancing and performance attribution products.
Mismi's headquarters are located at 17 State Street at the foot of Lower Manhattan in New York's financial district.
