Founded in September 2007, Mismi's management team and board members have decades of experience in crossing, optimization-based portfolio construction, and portfolio trading. The company is fully funded by venture capital firms with substantial experience in financial services. Mismi's initial offering -a state-of-the-art algorithmic trading suite- was launched in early 2010. Its unique call-market portfolio crossing solution is scheduled for launch in 2011. Mismi is a spin-off of Axioma, Inc., a leading developer of risk analysis, portfolio rebalancing and performance attribution products.
Mismi's headquarters are located at 810 7th Avenue in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
